Lindsay was very knowledge about the Lawrence Market when my husband and I were trying to find our first home to purchase. We didn't have to look at many before we found one that was the perfect fit. She has a great understanding of what people what in a house, even if they themselves are not sure. Lindsay is also very low pressure and will steer you away from a more expensive house (even though she'd make more money on the deal) to the house that is right for you. Our total experience with Lindsay was outstanding as is indicated above. She represented us in the purchase of a condominium as well as the sale of our home. Our condominium purchase involved a 7 month build-out period. Lindsay was always available to answer questions, but more important she was able to see possibilities and alternatives that we were unable to imagine, having never built a home ourselves. That ability was unique, and it should aid the buyer considering an existing home in need of modification to be suitable. In selling our home, which required a bit of patience due to its uniqueness, she was tireless in her efforts, ultimately yielding the perfect outcome. We continue to have the highest regard for her professional abilities and recommend her without qualification!
